"Easy Cleanup Omelets (for one or a crowd) Sent by Donna 'Froggi' Yeaw
One zip top bag per person (if a crowd, have everyone write their name on it). Break in a couple eggs along with anything else you desire, such as ham, cheese, green peppers, green onions. Mix it all well. Let the air out. Fold the bag and drop it in a pot of boiling water. A few minutes later you have a great omelet. Simply toss the bag when you are done!"
